I have a foot rest and the basis thereof, including legs, wrought iron or some kind of metal. His legs, 3 of them are broken and 1 is always connected. I do not know, but I would like for decorative purposes.

Do not use liquid Nails! The right solution is to welding, but if it is only decorative and do not bear the weight you lean "JB".
