I've never had a credit card, and I do not know whether this is feasible or not? Are there rules to prevent against them?
You pay within a certain time limit?
Cancel the card, if the payments are not made, or if you receive no pay?
Is this a viable plan, and if not, why not?

Sure. I went to Oz with 2 large and had disappeared within 2 months. Then I had my time to accumulate too much debt issued on my credit card (I paid in about 6 months when I return). It seemed to burn a lot more pleasant and make it work or does not have the money. If it is really narrow, the call only the house and get a few thousand more Western Union.
Here's good advice if you are naked and hungry, walking in a large supermarket and pick up a sandwich and Munch in the basket. Do not buy expensive to eat noodles or rice. In fact, it was my favorite dish - curry with rice, noodles and soy sauce. Yum!
